Allcon has been registered as an S Corporation for ten (10) years, however, it did not perform work until Yamilet Gonzalez took ownership of the company.  Allcon has successfully executed about $6.5M worth of construction work since 2019 and is currently executing about $2M worth of construction work for various state and municipal agencies.

We have secured a healthy bonding program to support our current workload and backlog, with room for new projects. This bonding program is a result of Allcon’s management team’s extensive and successful past experience in the construction industry.

Yamilet Gonzalez - President

Yamilet Gonzalez is Allcon’s President and owner. Yamilet has over 22 years of construction management experience including working as a NAVFAC Construction Manager, as a Subcontractor, and as the General Contractor. She understands the needs and goals of every member of a construction project team as well as the important requirements for Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Budget for a successful project. She has been directly involved in the successful execution and completion of hundreds of projects during her career. Her experience comprises all types of projects and clients including renovations, new construction, marine construction, industrial type projects for private, federal, state, and municipal government clients.
